I know how it can be not shooting for days or even months can be quite annoying. One thing that can contribute towards this, that's if you're not shooting professionally or for work that often. I've learnt to work around this and what have helped me is finding new ways to learn creatively. You can always find something and for me new ways to learn in photography has been just that! I've been reading and learning how to process film, how to make photos look better in editing, learning new techniques etc. You can never learn too much and I've watched a fair few videos on the web to learn and wanting to try these new things. I just feel like why limit yourself to something you already know when you can grow as a creative person and try new things that can improve the skills you already have. I've also engaged much more on social media in terms on commenting and asking the photographer questions about the locations, or how they managed to edit in a specific way, and majority of the time they are happy to help and provide the answers you seek or if you need any help with anything. Morever, i've decided any film I watch in cinemas or any new movie i haven't seen before I will try my best to do a film review on it my most recont film upon writing this was 'Weathring With You'. Quite frankly this has helped me keep my creative drive and actually still feel insprired for something that's slowly being lost to me. It really sometimes just be thinking outside the box and doing other creative things weather its writing blogs, watching videos I think as long as you keep the creative flow with something then the inspiration will bounce back soon. So never give up! Everything happens for a reason and sooner or later everything will fall into place. Nico x
