James Ross Hunter Youth Support CIC is a non-profit organization was launched in July 2014. Our aim is to encourage positive social values in youths and communities.
Workshops are ongoing in schools regarding mindfulness towards each other, highlighting the consequences of carrying knives. Yearly events collaborate with varied organisation, tackling isolations and sharing ongoing avenues of growth and support for all ages. I continously work on this project throughout the school term dates taking photos and making a video project of the journey so far and the showcasing the end result of each schools outcomes and feedback. |

In memory of James Ross Hunter 10 years MemorialCamera Operator & Video Editor
The loss of life and social pain caused by knife crime and violence more generally must be tackled; and tackled from the bottom up; with awareness; support and people being given positive choices and to be part of on-going and regular 'Community Conversations'. The local youth centre took this onboard as a partner; and in James' memory it's this legacy which we are building on ten (10) years later. |
